Wow! I have not blogged since August! I thought my last post was in October. I’ve actually had to address a few things health wise, so that was a priority. (I’m fine. I was auditioning new eye doctors and ear doctors.) I also Marie Kondo’d the hell out of my apartment. All the clutter was really affecting my mental health.
And I was on the committee for the Newswomen’s Club of New York annual Front Page Awards. That definitely kept me busy. A wonderful evening celebrating top female journos was had by all.

Yup. That’s the master himself, Carl Bernstein. He was at the Front Page Awards to present an award to the NY Times’ Maggie Haberman. He is north of 80, and rearranged his schedule to take a train from Washington, DC, to be there. I am not worthy.
But I am going to do my best and return here on a regular basis. And I see by my e-mail notifications I have a few new followers. Welcome, ladies!
I thought a few Fabulous Links would get us started.

Oh, and Jean Ann Ford, co-founder of Benefit Cosmetics, has passed. Truly an innovator. She will be missed. (Allure)
As for me, I am participating in Everyday Eyecandy‘s Project 52 photography project this year. The first prompt is You In the Beginning. That’s me above. In the beginning. I’ll keep you updated on how it’s going. I loved picking my camera up again,
I am still writing for The Doctor Will See You Now. One of my articles last month was about endocrine-disrupting chemicals in personal care products and their link to early puberty in girls. You can check that out here.
